I Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Siddharth Studious, we are committed to delivering high-quality creative services tailored to our clients' needs. To maintain clarity and fairness, the following refund and cancellation terms apply:

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued once the project or service has been partially or fully delivered.

• For prepaid projects, if the cancellation request is made before work has begun, a partial refund may be considered after deducting applicable administrative and planning fees.

• Refunds are not applicable on services such as YouTube thumbnails, video editing, graphic design, or any digital content once work has commenced.

Cancellation Policy

• Clients may request a cancellation only before the production or design phase begins.

• If a project is canceled mid-way, clients are liable to pay for any work already completed up to that point, including any applicable invoice charges.

• Cancellations are not accepted once the project is completed, and the full quoted amount will be due.
